I went to go see my first TTS show of the year this weekend. I got to see the romantic and saddening production of Seven Homeless Mammoths Wander New England . This production featured a fantastic ensemble of six actors. Each one of them should feel accomplished and proud of what they put on. Hello my friends! Welcome back to Acting in The Groove! My name is Ryan Hebert and I am so glad you are reading my post today! So if you already know me and have been keeping up with my recent activity, I am a current student at DePaul University, and I am almost done with my first quarter. First off, I never knew college could be so exciting. You never know what can happen. From chilling in your room one night, to being at a party the next. It is honestly insane how quickly stuff can change. The experiences i've had with my friends here are one's I will remember forever. I'd really love to share one of those fun experiences with you all today. It was a mild night in Chicago. About 8:30-9pm on a Sunday night. I walk down a street with some of my friends, near the DePaul campus, but off campus for sure. Friday, which apparently is today, nobody told me! Was a great day for me. I got the grand prize in chorus, where my chorus teacher comes to my house, and makes me and 10 friends dinner. Idk who to have over, but I do Know it will be fun! What sucked was that people since then had been sucking up to me, and I was forced to act and say ,"I have no idea who is coming yet." Of course I do not know who's coming and hopefully that vent will be a fun! Any who since then I had learned how to do an automated show at the radio station, which I did for the first times! Also it will be on air October,29th,2012. From 6-7pm(1800-1900 hours). So tune in on Sunday (WIQH.org and stream it live online!) Other than that, my day was pleasant.
